GOD has given you the right to make choices. This is why HE never forces anyone to obey HIM. HE wants you to decide to do what HE says. Remember that in the beginning, Adam and Eve were just instructed by GOD not to eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil. But, they chose to obey the devil instead of GOD. What happened to them afterwards was the product of their own bad choice.
Your life today is the direct result of the decisions you have made so far. You may choose to improve on the quality of your life by choosing only to do as GOD says in all things. Many who decide to please their flesh turn around to blame GOD for the consequences of their decision, how unfair! Cane made a wrong decision and suffered for it. Peter, Andrew, James and John made the decision to follow JESUS and HE turned them into world dazers. Decide to hear and act on the Word of GOD. It will fill your life with joy.
When Zig Ziglar was aspiring to be a speaker, he was at a meeting when an older speaker said that one is where one is because that is exactly where one wants to be. That got Ziglar confused because at that time he was broke, in debt and unsuccessful. After pondering the highly experienced man’s statement, it dawned on Ziglar that he was where he was because of the choices he had made in life. That changed everything for Ziglar.
What choices are you making? What choices have you made? Things will change if you begin to place the Word of GOD above everything. Make up your mind never to go against GOD’s Word no matter what. Your decisions affect your destiny. Say yes to obedience, hardwork and integrity. May you always choose right and may GOD be pleased with you all the days of your life.
