TimeTestedInfo ||Ivorien socialite dies in Nigeria amid rumoured BBL surgery

An Ivorien lifestyle influencer and entrepreneur, Fatim Bakayoko, has reportedly died in Nigeria, with conflicting accounts emerging over the circumstances surrounding her untimely demise.

Earlier reports had alleged that the lifestyle influencer had travelled to Nigeria for a BBL surgery and died following complications from the procedure. The claim went viral after French-language outlet Scoop Afrique first reported it.

In response, Bakayoko’s husband dismissed the reports, saying the entrepreneur had travelled to Nigeria for personal care. He reportedly told Scoop Afrique that her body was still in Nigeria, adding, however, that the exact cause of her death had not been established.

However, there is no confirmed medical or official account establishing that Bakayoko’s death was connected to a BBL, leaving the circumstances surrounding her passing unclear.

Equally, Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a cosmetic surgery that uses liposuction to transfer fat from areas like the abdomen or thighs to the buttocks.
